1. Wake up early

One of the most important aspects of leading an Ayurvedic lifestyle is waking up in the wee hours of the morning.

Make sure you rise from your bed well before dawn, at around 4:30-5:00 a.m. This is the purest time of the day when the air is fresh with the sounds of the chirping of the birds and the absence of the sounds of the traffic.

2. Follow an Ayurvedic diet throughout your day
