Chakaash is a combination of 17 herbs synergised into a fun and tasty toffee. Some of these herbs are:

Amla Ghan

Also known as Indian Gooseberry, Amla is
very high in Vitamin C. It nourishes the brain,
enhances absorption of food, promotes
healthier skin and hair and flushes out toxins.

Elaichi Ghan

Elaichi or Cardamom is known for its
detoxifying properties and for fighting against
and preventing various infections.

Lavang Ghan

Lavang or Clove helps in treating
cough and cold.

Kesar Powder

Kesar or Saffron helps the body to fight
diseases, aids cell formation and repair and
maintains blood pressure.

Jayfal Ghan

Jayfal or Nutmeg has anti-inflammatory
properties. It reduces stress and anxiety and
helps to relieve digestive problems and
menstrual cramps.

Javantri Ghan

Javantri is well known for its antidepressant
as well as antibacterial properties. It helps in
controlling seizures and prevents epilepsy.

Elcha Ghan

Elcha stimulates intestinal and gastric glands
to secrete essential juices, and hence helps to cure
heart burns and stomach cramps.

Nagarmotha Ghan

Nagarmotha or Nutgrass helps to heal skin
diseases, prevent liver and lung diseases and
acts as a diuretic.

Jatamansi Ghan

Jatamansi is a natural brain nervine tonic and
a memory enhancer, having a calming effect.

Tai Ghan

Taj increases general vitality, warms and
energizes the body as a whole, counteracts
congestion, stops diarrhoea, improves digestion
and relieves abdominal spasms.

Tejpatra Ghan

Tejpatra acts as a dietary support and
pancreatic tonic. It supports a healthy
respiratory system and helps build immunity
against various environmental pathogens.

Dhania Ghan

Dhania or Coriander cures various skin
diseases like eczema, itchy skin, rashes,
and inflammation as well as mouth ulcers
and sores.

Talis Patra Ghan

Talispatra has an anti-inflammatory and
broncho-dilatory action on the airways
and lungs.

Kapurkachli Ghan

Kapurkachli is used as an anti-asthmatic
agent and to cure bronchitis, pain, nausea,
inflammations, and hiccups.

Gulab Ghan

Gulab reduces the swelling of capillaries
beneath the skin. It cleanses the gall bladder
and liver and improves bile secretion.

Tagar Ghan

It treats swellings and pain in rheumatic
joints, relaxes over-contracted muscles and
thus helps in relieving shoulder and
neck tensions.

Agar Ghan

Agar Ghan is high in calcium, iron and fiber.
It helps to reduce inflammation, hypertension,
regulates the lungs and the liver.
