Giving your body parts an everyday twist with Yoga asanas like bhujangasana, suryanamaskar, practicing Vajrasan after meal, etc. is very important. Meditation, deep breathing, Bhramari Pranayam and herbs like Ashwagandha, Brahmi, Jatamansi etc. works magically on stress, anxiety and sleep disorders.

And last but not the least to keep yourself sane in these stressful and influential surroundings; performing simple Pooja by joining your palm and lighting Diya and incense, chanting mantras endows with positive energy.”

Drink Lukewarm Water

The secret of good health doesn’t have to be ground-breaking or radical. It can be as simple as drinking a glass of lukewarm water after waking up in the morning and before going to bed at night. Studies have shown that drinking lukewarm water can help support digestion, weight loss, circulation while relieving constipation, and stress. Doing this every day can also help detox your body.
