For best results, use daily while brushing, preferably twice a day.
Apply evenly on the scalp as well as along the length of the hair. For best results, use twice a week.
Rub the balm gently on the affected areas once or twice daily, or as and when necessary.

For ages 10 and above: One capsule daily after breakfast or with a glass of milk.
