- Tulsi –
This versatile herb has been used for thousands of years in Ayurveda for its various medicinal properties. It is hot in nature, tastes bitter. It penetrates the deep tissues, dries up tissue secretions and normalizes Kapha and Vata. Tulsi has anti-inflammatory, anti-histamine and antimicrobial activities. - Dalchini –
Commonly known as cinnamon, this spice with medicinal properties is derived from the dried inner bark of the evergreen Cinnamon tree. It is known for its fragrance, sweet and warm taste.
